What is Clean Eating?

Making a decision to eat clean is an exciting new journey. It is a “clean lifestyle” that make a healthier you, but not nearly as bad as you thought it would be.   1. I think eating clean is cutting out dairy, all animal protein, alcohol, sugar, tobacco/smoking and processed foods. Seems like “eat clean” varies amongst different people.
