What are the symptoms of menstrual cramps?

Menstrual cramps are painful sensations that affect many women before and during a menstrual period. It felt in the lower abdomen and lower back. It can spread to the hips and thighs. It is also known as period pains. It ranges from dull and annoying to severe and extreme. Each woman experiences menstrual cramps differently. Some may have severe cramping, while others may only mild discomfort throughout their period. Some of people may experience symptoms that accompanied their menstrual cramps, such as nausea, bloating, constipation, vomiting, headaches, dizziness, sweating and diarrhea.
